The Buffett Senior Healthcare®Review
If you are looking for an honest review about Buffett Senior Healthcare®, well then,
you have come to the right place. I have worked for Buffett Senior Healthcare®for
over 4 years and I can tell you what is actually going on.
Before working with Buffett I have never been in any purely “sales” commission job.
Although I did do quite a lot of project fund raising, which is kind of similar to sales.
Seriously though, if I knew then, what I know now and have learned from Buffett, I
definitely would have been way more successful in raising the funds needed. Well,
better late than never!
Let’s get down to it. The most difficult part about working, as a sales associate with
Buffett Senior Healthcare®is the presentation. From the moment I walk up to
someone’s door to speaking with the potential client to shaking his or her hand on
the way out, it’s all an artful, masterful presentation. If you don’t get it right and
correctly use the skills and tools you learned in training then you will not be walking
out that door with a sale.
For me, it was a long and painful process. Retraining after retraining. Failure after
failure. Now looking back, my mistake was the silliest thing. I didn’t actually listen
and take in 100% of what I was told in training. For some reason, I thought I could
improvise and make my sale pitch so elaborate and like a spectacle….boy was that
bad! In front of me the whole time, I had the tools needed and the support. Yes,
literally without my field trainer and the sales managers I would have quit in a
second. But they all motivated me. They wouldn’t let me give up on myself. Every
day after failing to close the sale, I would call my field manager in such
disappointment and anger. But, not once did my field manager tell me to pack up my
bags. He worked with me day-in and day-out to strengthen my spirits, my skills,
andmy presentation till one day, it just clicked. Buffett Senior Healthcare®is the
only place I have ever felt I belonged. I was not just part of a business, I was part of a
family.
Once I actually let go of my stubbornness and really took in the BSH training I was
successful. And at the perfect moment after several months of hard work, I found
15k in my bank account. Yes, 15k! I heard about this bonus while going through the
interview process, but I didn’t really believe it was actually real. But it was there; I’ll
show you the bank statement if you don’t believe me! That 15k was a confirmation
that I am dealing with principled and honest people. I was rewarded for my efforts.
One last thing I want to touch on about this company is their commitment to
seniors. I was able to shadow many sales associates throughout my time with
Buffett and I was amazed by how every one treated their clients with such genuine
care. I can honestly say, Buffett cares deeply about seniors and wants to safeguard
seniors from inferior products and those people who just wants to rob anyone they
can get their hands on.
I am happy to say I work for Buffett Senior Healthcare®and that this is my honest
Buffett Senior Healthcare®Review.
Best of luck to all of those going through the interview process. Do not give up! As
